I am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner, Health & Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher (Hatha/Yin trained).

When working with clients, I merge my skills as a Yoga Teacher, Nutritionist & trained Chef to approach health & wellness from a holistic lens. My work is guided by 3 pillars: nourishment, mindfulness & movement and it’s through these 3 holistic pillars that I guide clients struggling with digestive issues, nervous system dysregulation & stress to find more balance in their life, heal their relationship with food and reconnect back to their body.

I truly think yoga finds you when you most need it. As a yoga teacher, I am deeply passionate about holding space for clients to show up just as they are and meeting them there to foster safety and regulation in a sometimes wildly chaotic internal and external world. I believe we all deserve to feel at peace & grounded in our body and yoga, mindfulness and somatic practices are a powerful outlet to help establish that.
